Service Description
Be our Model for training day. Our Master stylist Jenna will be guiding our stylists through each services provided by our Jr Stylists in Training. Our booking slots are 10am, 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm. Try to book with in 30 mins of these times so our stylist can have time to grip all the education. Thanks for being our model! See you soon! If you need to cancel, please contact us by texting (559)314-1444 Full highlights includes 12 oz of color and partial includes 7 oz of color. Additional colors needed will be $10 extra per oz of color. Please come with clean hair washed one night before. (not day of) Please text us at (559)314-1444 one picture of your current hair color and any inspiration pictures of the color you would like to achieve.
Cancellation Policy
Ombre Hair Salon – Booking, Cancellation & Client Agreement Policy By scheduling an appointment with Ombre Hair Salon, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time. The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost. Deposits are non-transferable unless the Salon reschedules the appointment for reasons beyond its control. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the deposit will not be refunded. Repeated late arrivals may result in refusal of future bookings. 3. Service Results & Liability The Salon strives to provide high-quality services tailored to each client. However, results may vary based on individual hair type, texture, and previous treatments. By receiving services, the client understands that no specific outcome is guaranteed and agrees to release and hold harmless Ombre Hair Salon, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or dissatisfaction related to services rendered. 4. Professional Conduct Ombre Hair Salon maintains a professional, respectful environment for all clients and staff. Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward stylists or other clients will result in immediate termination of services and refusal of future appointments. Clients also agree not to post false, defamatory, or negative content about the Salon or its employees on social media or other public platforms. 5. Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, the client affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this policy. The client further agrees that Ombre Hair Salon reserves the right to modify these terms as needed to protect the business and its team.
